I certainly agree with your sentiment. I never would of wanted the Rockets to pay the guy THAT much over SUCH a long time. If we got him at the right price he would of been a good addition to our frontline.
Dude... just wow. I watched it online (I had to work during hte game...ugh) and the team just came out off-kilter. We had a few TD passes dropped, a 19 yard punt, stupid penalties... we were just off. Should have been 28-6 at the half for the Buffs, but we kept letting them hang in there and the teams fragile psyche took over. I still think we're a 7-5 team though. We'll beat CSU this weekend.

Why should he ask for much? All he can do is rebound and foul. Zero offense and not that great a defender without fouling. He's a more mature/experienced version of Chuck Hayes except we don't know yet how good Hayes will be. For all we know Hayes could be the better player this coming season.
i don't get why so many rox fans want him when we already have him in chuck hayes. younge AND cheaper. what more can you ask for?
