Any moderately intelligent unbiased person would not buy this claim. You'd have to be mentally ill to believe it. This man can't even speak. You can tell by the ac unit and the style of window that he's in some type of hospital. I'd say it's quite possible that this man is mentally ill.

Obama is innocent until proven guilty and Obama doesn't have to prove his innocence to the likes of you by proving some random dude is mentally ill.

But you can not discount the possibility that this man only in the last week became completely deranged and was quite same when he gave Obama head. One could even argue that the whole incidence was what drove him over the edge.
