This is true to some extent but at very high voltages the potential energy can be high enough to travel through air given the distance is short enough. This is why very high voltages are installed at such heights not only to avoid people touching them but to ensure nobody can get close enough for an arc to flashover onto people/equipment.

When/if you go to the doctor for any illness one of the first things they ask
you before they give you any medication is if you've ever had a negative
reaction to any previous medication that you have taken. Why? Because you
may have negative side affects to a drug that is perfectly safe for someone
else to take.

I wont say that I'm glad you can handle your psychedelics because I don't
encourage such a lifestyle but please don't think that your experience is the
same for everyone.

Regardless I'm not here to convince anyone on anything. Just expressing my
own personal opinion. We can agree to disagree if you wish.
