Or...Dirk just smells funny, and Peja couldn't stand it any longer.

Germany just lost 78-79 against Turkey in the semifinals...ridiculous foul calls...and unfortunately, Dirk was terrible from the foul line...something like 6-12...almost Shaq-like numbers...

Turkoglu wins my vote hands down for the ugliest player in the NBA.

Mirsad Turkcan also played, wasn't even that bad.

Yugoslavia will destroy Turkey in the finals...

Haven't seen the games, but I've heard good things about Mehmet Okur for Turkey. He was Detroit's second rounder this year and he's been nailing 3's and blocking shots like crazy and has been one of the bigger reasons Turkey's still around.

well the finals didn't looked to me like Yugos destroyed somebody. they were better 78:69 because they had better bench. turkey was certainly surprise team. i observed Turckan closely in semifinals & finals and i liked him. he had the early foul troble in semis, but he looked good.
also i looked Gasol & i hoped more from him, but he is OK and he may became good nba player.

hey, Det. i didn't seen such a home advantage foul calls. in semis & 3.rd place game were calls IMO in favor of Nowitzki.
