On point, this is Trump and crew doubling down on bringing a deer to you and calling it a horse. He will keep doing this until he has enough people who will agree it's a horse. (reference other poster who informed me of this bit of Chinese history, which is pretty fascinating.) Eventually, if Ryan is scared enough or getting enough policy that he wants, Ryan will start nodding and calling it a horse. Turtle is probably already calling it a horse b/c he has no soul whatsoever. Ryan has a tiny bit of a soul, so we'll see when he caves. I'm hoping most of the media other than Hannity doesn't cave. Fox overall will have to make some tough choices, or maybe they already have.

At some point its impossible to do anything other than roll my eyes after reading your efforts to defend Trump. I don't care if he only lies 10% of the time... he is outright lying on something that is so easily disproven. Its not a promise not kept (though those are still to come). Its an out and out lie.
who cares about crowds. you fools are easily distracted from policy and focusing on one statement out of hundreds of decisions. like a magician using sleight of hand to fool his audience. even on cnn, it's the top headline. no headline for the recent confirmations, recent meetings with auto ceo's, epa, labor unions, pipelines, his booming approval ratings, or the breaking planned parenthood controversy, etc.. all of that in 2 days but nah let's talk about one statement about crowds. ahahah, what a joke. I would have expected the reputable media to just roll their eyes and ignore the hyperbole form the trump admin so it goes away. they'll pay for it in the end because no one really cares about that story. they care about the other stories that aren't being reported. which means some poll will tell them that trump is a liar and people are triggered. then his approval ratings will continue to rise and they'll say but how can the polls be wrong. what's happening arrghghgh!!!

BTW, There are better places to get your news, IMO. If your stuck in an airport I guess CNN on TV would tide you over for "late breaking news." If you're on the Internet however, there are many print-online sources that are covering the news stories you mention, in depth. But you mentioned CNN, and they cover a boatload of news that isn't related to politics. So all you have to do is scroll down a bit and there is a section clearly marked "politics" that mentions issues like TPP, the pipeline,Trump's cabinet and potential SCOTUS picks, etc. If you click on that link it gets more comprehensive. The thing is many of these issues aren't really a surprise. Trump ran on these campaign promises and said things like "on day one, gonna Make America great again *sniff*" or something like that. What is a surprise is the unprecedented Blitzkrieg of the media that this administration has chose to spend their first days orchestrating. That's what you call "headline news." Trump doubling down on this falsehood is only the latest ribald attempt to get people like you and me and the media to focus on those things and forget about others. If you're so focused on those issues, do some digging like some other conservatives on this board do. But maybe you're just trying to be a comedian, like Mrs. Conway likes to do. After all you slipped in "his booming approval ratings" in your post. Heyooh! If that's the case I suggest you watch this to bone up on your skills.
I'm just wondering how anyone that supported Trump still can support the guy. It's clear to see how dangerous he is for this country. Man, it's going to be a long four years. Hopefully he gets impeached sooner.

The good thing is that the media has printed that Trump lies, and continues to call him on his bull... We need to make sure the media continues to call out Trump's steady stream of lies. Spicer has a thankless job going out to try and stand up for Trump's demonstrable lies.
