But some people think because they play at their local YMCA once a week with a bum ankle, that it will be the same for NBA players.

How do I feel? I feel like a bum knee has nothing to do with you missing damn near half of your FT's...which at least puts us at 2-2 this series.

Stop whining. I don't hear Kobe crying about his finger that requires surgery.

from now McGrady's nickname will be Mr. Glass...this guy cannot go through an entire season without any injuries.

The hate for members of the home team on this board is ridiculous. I'm not even gonna waste my time pointing out how ****ing stupid a lot of you are. I won't be posting here anymore anyway. This team gets more respect from knowledgable fans of other teams than it does from its own fans. It's sad. I'll stick to discussing basketball with knowledgable fans on other boards.

I love how half this forum is apparently on the Rockets medical staff and have come down to tell us that T-Mac is faking.

I'm going to stop coming here after a Rocket's loss...

    I hope you are right.

We did not know that he was playing in pain, this gives me greater admiration for him. He does need a lot of help and we are underarmed but this does not hide the fact that he could not step up in the clutch in Game 7 of the playoffs last year after we had taken the lead with only a few minutes left. It wasn't only his fault,Yao was also to blame and so were the rest of the team but superstar players are supposed to get the job done in these critical situations.

Like you said, does it matter? Is it any different?

Yao is injury prone just like T-Mac. Whether it's freak accidents or recurring, Yao has been unlucky enough to get injured 3 seasons in a row. Let's hope it doesn't happen a 4th, he's too good to have his whole career tarnished by INJURIES.

Nothing like a good built in excuse. He's had one since Dallas in '05.

I know he never said surgery, but what else would he be talking about? You just have to use context clues, and that one is obvious.

You've got to be frustrated as a fan if McGrady says he gets tired publicly. Those statements give the Jazz encouragement.

I would trade him for Nash, DWill or Garnett. Not only that, I will also have enough money to get a good guard.

Faking or Not Faking It doesnt matter. (I think he might be exaggerating a little.)

Heart or no Heart It doesnt matter. (I still think he doesnt have Heart.)

    This guy is always hurt.

We are the Houston Rockets not the Houston Tracy McGradys.

If he is hurt that sucks I feel for him but if he is always hurt you can't think the Rocket's expirement with T-Mac and Yao are going to work.

Just because some of you guys have a man crush on TMAC doesnt mean we should keep him. If he is traded you can still have your man crush for him while he is on another team.

He said he might need surgery. It's not definite yet.

Are we ever going to catch a break? We've been suffering through at least three seasons of having one, two, or both of our star players out for extended or crucial periods of time. When one comes back the other goes down. It's pretty tough to swallow all of these injuries they have throughout the course of a season.

And why are we back to not knowing whether or not McGrady needs surgery on his knee? Didn't we do this dance earlier in the season where he played peek-a-boo with the thought of having his knee seriously looked at? He should go out and have his injury verified if it's serious, if it requires surgery, or if it's really nothing that will get better without rest. Then maybe TMac can focus on his game more than his aches and pains.

Everyone is playing with aches and pains. Go get it figured out TMac and put it behind you.

Remember guys even if T-Mac doesnt win or makes excuses he gets paid 20 mil at the end of the day.

We get to go home with nothing, nada, zilch. Actually TMAC is taking our money and time.

When we go watch rockets games on tv or at the TOyota Center we are helping to pay for his salary.

You could say the same for the other players on our team but you know what they dont get paid 20 mil. They also play hard and dont make excuses.

How do feel? Rockets are doomed by his big fat contract. We should trade him but the sad thing is few team will want him with such a contract.

He is just like a chicken rib on your plate: you don't enjoy it as it is not that tasteful, but if you trash it, you feel you are wasting something for nothing.

    That's how I feel.

Only a few points (3 total?) so far in four 4th quarter games, extremely poor FT percentage, "I am tired" in the 4th quarter ...

He is a $20M who has much less trading value.

If he only earn $10M I won't complain. Right now he is taking too much of the salary cap and his contribution just doesn't worth $20M.
