Yes but when does T-Mac penetrate?

Last year he penetrated all the time. But because all of our 3 point shooters suddenly started sucking ass this year it makes sense why that would stop. He drove a bunch in the Seattle game. Isn't Novak perfect for that? No one will be able to block his shot so he will only need a little room, which would be created by tmac's penetration...

    well...Novak's D is worse than Head's...

Head has trouble to defend big guards, but other than the strength part, he is ok team defender.

Novak's D is horrible to say the least...so is his rebound. The Dude is 6'10 and can't even grab a rebound?

Just what we need. Another slow sharpshooter. I thought we already had one of those.

He is not slow and is able to get his shot off quite well, he also understands how to get open more than Novak....

He is just stuck in a situation where the coach values defense and rebounding over shooting at the SG position.

A Dale Ellis type of scenario.

He keeps the defense honest. At least until he consistently starts missing shots. But yeah, his Defense and rebounding are very poor.

Novak was slumping today...during the early shoot around in about 10 minutes he only made a few threes. Jack Sikma was standing there over looking at his shoot. My main question is....if the knew that he was cold today...why did they put him in the game if his shot is his main contribution?

He was definitely off tonight. Rushing the shot to get it up. Adelman played it right, 3 blanks, have a seat.

I will add though, Yao had the ball mid left block, made his move and Steve backed out to the 3 point stripe straight on at the top and Yao didn't see him. Yao took the shot and missed. But Steve faded out and was wide open. I wished Yao would've seen him. THat might have turned an 0fer into a 3 for 4. Never know.
