Man that's ****ing AWESOME! Look at all the fans in the stands already with their hands up cheering knowing that it's good before the shot even leaves Novak's hands. That's how money he is. Also great job by Baron Davis knowing his personnel. For a player that comes off as a me first type PG that's some great trust in his teammate. Or maybe it's lack of trust in his own shot lol either way nice Job by both b diddy and Novak.

He was wide open. i think it was more of an issue of avoiding shame than winning glory.

i'd wager to say that bench players (even good shooters) miss at least half, if not more, of "wide open" shots when they're at the buzzer and deciding btwn a win and a loss..

I love Novak as much as the next guy, but come on. To have the opinion that a complete 1-dimensional player is better than Brent Barry? That takes some sort hallucination agent to truly believe that.

We haven't even seen the best of what Barry will do for us, which is in the postseason. Barry's the kind of guy you can put in a rotation and he'll immediately gel. That's why he doesn't play much right now because we might as well use up Wafer's energy and athleticism.

Did Novak even play for us in the playoffs?

I finally saw the highlight of the shot. Novak's reaction was remarkably similar to Eddie Johnson's GW three in Game 4 against the Jazz in 1997. Put his arms up and ran diagonally to the other side of the court as if he won the lottery.
