Plus DMo has been out and they have added an absolute chucked in Marcus Thronton. The role players on the team are playing so incredibly awful
Josh Smith said Clippers was the first team to contact him in offseason, and they almost gave him phone call everyday... Morey's head was filled with KJ at that moment...
Terry is a punk assed b**** has been his whole career.....he should be BURIED on our bench....instead we start the fossil.....blaming a guy who played 3 minutes when Conley had his way with Terry...yeah, right. DD
Yeah, our bench is completely trash so far. Looking back, I still remember that game where Greg Smith and Tony Douglas carried our asses back from the grave against the Lakers. Good time, good times. Now our bench can't do squat.
I'm saying I think he's likely referring to the attitude/mindset of the players still here, not anyone in particular who departed.
I'm wondering this too.. As good as Harden played tonight, HOW OFTEN THIS SEASON HAVE WE SEEN A HARDEN TO DWIGHT LOB AT THE RIM? The answer is almost NEVER!! The two superstars don't trust each other - I personally think Dwight got into Harden's face about not playing defense. And as good as Harden played tonight, he missed his defensive rotations more often than not. Harden didn't take it too well and doesn't want to give Dwight his own on offense and is making him look bad on defense. Whenever Dwight passes to Harden at the top of the key, its an afterthought. Also, did anybody else notice the play where Howard was inbounding the ball to Beverley and Harden intercepted the pass and ran across to shoot a three and miss? What the hell is that??? The locker room is fractured. I think something has gotten into our beard's head. He needs to come down from lala land and own up (just like Kenny Smith said in his article). He cannot do this on his own, and if he thought he could by "leading the team to the playoffs without Dwight last year" he is wrong. Of course, I could be completely wrong about this whole sequence of events but just look at them...
Calvin Murphy said it best after the game tonight, nothing is wrong with Ty - Ty is a point guard, if you don't let a PG handle the ball then he is a off guard or shooting guard and Ty is neither
But I really see no difference that Lawson played 3 minutes and played past a couple of games. Lawson just did not want to play basketball. Why don't we give him alcohol and see what it would be like.
Even if they mean something intangible has changed, wouldn't that also mean that the players' attitude/focus/commitment have changed, which in turn means technically a "literal" player/s have changed. Whatever it means, it's not good. This team will most definitely be blown up if they continue to lose since Les has made it clear he wants to "win now".
