Totally agree, his playoff stats weren't that great in LA (and in mepmhis, he never got a playoff victory being the first option). Gasol is overrated IMO. Lacks heart, thoughness and D to take better advantage of being a so skilled 7 footer.
Yeah, that's the trouble. I think the Rockets could get him cheap if there really is a rift between Kobe and Pau, but matching the salary will be tough without giving up quality players. We could probably give them Scola, Thabeet, Brad Miller and a smaller contract (Terrence Williams?) to make it work.
