It honestly should kill Netanyahu politically in Israel that he has bet their entire future as an ally of the US on the Republican Party. If you were an Israeli non-partisan who just wants to stay safe, wouldn't you be like WTF is wrong with you??? Why are taking the country that spends more on your safety than any other country in the world, and split 60% of that country off and spit in their face??

I doubt a Democratic administration would ever truly abandon the nation of Israel but they really have no reason not to. Without the US Israel is a sitting duck, and could lead to mass genocide of a somewhat stable nation.

Netanyahu has banked on Trump and Trumpism in the GOP to get what he wants to stay in power and do what he wants to do over there, and really has played Russian Roulette with his countries future. Because as long as he's in power there should be no goodwill earned on behalf of Israeli leadership and that ENTIRELY their fault between interfering in our elections, shady backdoor dealings with Trump, and trying to blow up peace talks with Iran undermining allied negotiations just days after meetings took place.

Look at how the President of Ukraine has handled the alliance with the US vs Netanyahu with Israel. BeBe really is a jackass, and has put the nation of Israel in unnecessary harm just because he's aligned politically with the MAGA movement. Earth to Bebe.... half of the middle east wants to blow your country off the face of the earth... you might want to play nice with ALL OF the country standing in the way of that happening.

I said the alignment to only 40% of Americans that are MAGA could lead to Israel losing support in America in general and if for some reason Israel didn’t have the US saturating Israel with money, arms, and military air/tech support, it would leave them as a sitting duck to 90% of the Middle East that wants to see it fall.

It is seriously crazy to see these takes about how the Libs all the sudden are the ones with the Red Dawn fever dreams. The only reason Putin decided to take out a vendetta on the Dems was because:

A. Hillary got under his skin, and he took it personally cause he's a small weak man.
B. He saw a mark in Trump who he could influence to completely undue Western/NATO foreign policy in the blink of an eye

From a policy perspective though, Russia post Cold War would almost certainly always be favoring a Democrat. George W. was bad for the US and the middle east, but his interventionalist overdrive was not something welcomed by Russia at the time. Had Romney won, he would have been very difficult to get a summit with because he campaigned on putting Russia in it's place. Obama gave Putin the best opportunity he had to join the Western alliances, and he squandered that opportunity by invading Crimea and rigging his own election.... which set off the criticism from Hillary and here we are today.

Just hard to fathom the historical ignorance on Russian/Soviet relations with the Right vs the Left of the USA. I mean can you imagine the height of the Cold War in Nixon's hands if he beat JFK? Do you think Tricky Dick would have missed an opportunity to look like a tough guy after Tonkin?

Yep and to my point about the history of the right in this context.... It was Nixon himself who personally tried to extend the war in Vietnam in order to hurt LBJ politically in order to win an election. Everything in history just echos over time, and the line from Nixon directly to Trump is crystal clear, and everyone on the right is lining up to be the next in the line of succession of the brand.

Nothing will change with this cult, and they will stop at nothing to stay in power. We are in for a hell of a point in our history during this next era of whatever comes next on the right.

ITs not just Israel, Saudi as well distubringly. There are a lot of great things with our partnership with israel, but Kushner and trump just literally took away any negotiatiosn and gave them what we want. They are also pushing more and more for war with Iran which we will get dragged into as if we we didn't learn from wasteful Iraq. Saudi was and is more disturbing. We are not oil dependent but they are obviously major players, let alone the amount of debt they own in america, let alone that trump rightly called out Hilary's organization in an odd quest for taking 100s of millions of saudi money for the ironic women's empowerment, then of course to he himself taking that much for Ivanka's, let alone touting that bringing our troops home only t send to Saudi, saying they paid for it.
