i used to love watching that show, Soap. i can't believe ComedyCentral or [adult swim] haven't grabbed that one yet.
I used to have to watch all the NBC soaps as part of my job. Twas one of the most harrowing experiences..evAR . Scarier still was how I actually got hooked on them after a while. I've never publicly admitted that before. </lightened soul/heart/conscience>
I watched y&r in college when victor's daughter victoria married this guy who was the son of an old secretary of victor's and before they got married victor thought the guy might be his son. remembe that drama. then I realized everyone has slept together on the show.
Kam, Telemundo sometimes has the soaps CC'd in ENGLISH, while you watch the show in Spanish. Try CC2 or CC3 if CC1 doesn't have it. Are you talking about Rubí (Bárbara Mori)? She is Uruguayan and moved to do TV in Mexico. The main reason why I wouldn't watch U.S. TV Soaps is that they never end. Mexican and South American soaps at least have an ending. A lady here at work was watching GH or DoOL once, and I said: "That thing is still going on? I thought it finished when I was in Middle School!" SHe answered: "What, is it supposed to end? Do MEXICAN Soaps end?" Yes, they do. Yes, I watched some soaps in my days... but that was because the chicks were hawt.
Thank god for technology because when I started college, instead of watching soaps during my vegging out time, I was in here.
