The Feds are partially to blame. Authoritarian Chinese Communist tactics being used was only going to have one result. Now we are seeing that result.

Of course rioters and looters are responsible for their actions and share blame. That part is their fault. The Feds getting involved is Trump's fault.

Lol you are waaay to hopeful about using their crimes to paint a narrative for politics. Don't you get tired of pretending criminals are victims?

It is never reeeal communism. I have heard that. But you must realize pure communism is impossible because people are greedy. It always turns to violent dictatorship. Wake the hell up and go get a proper history education. The economics is but one facet of it and while it can vary, it is the product of marxism. The way humans are wired ensures complete failure for any marxist movement. That is why they all fail. Please leave ths US and go to a socialist/commie country. I do not want evil ideological lunatics ruining America.

Called out? Actually you are so far off the mark it is laughable. Your views are derranged. You seriously need help. You see the world as some dark fantasy realm where everyone is a nazi or racist. And you are the shining knight. It is pathetic really. Also you constantly lie and misrepresent the people you respond to by reframing their post with a bait and switch. I see you distorting my posts and pushing dilusions. Agaian... Seek help bro. Or at least take a break from the echo chamber.

Don't you? We've seen the Federal troops break the law and violate the Constitution.

No. We haven't. We have seen them arrest criminals. That is not against the law or constitution. You have been hoodwinked.

Talk about cherry picking. In one incident you’re all for the people dressed in black throwing bottles and shining lasers in the eyes of LE in the other youre all for LE cracking down including Federal Authorities acting against Constitutional principles.

In other words it’s all ideology too you. You don’t really care about the people themselves you don’t really care about the damage. An old guy getting set on fire in HK is understandable because it’s done by anti PRC protesters. Protesters vandalizing property in Portland, horrible.

Then again I guess as someone who has family in HK and was there in December and lives in the city George Floyd was killed in and saw the Third Precinct burn I guess I don’t know anything

Hk people have just cause for revolution... fighting an evil ideology and totalitarian state. Stop spinning lies and falsely conflating two very different situations.

And that is what the protesters in Portland are saying.

In both cases I’ve poked about the dangers of escalation on both sides. I’ve also spoken about that we should respect the rule of law. In HK it’s the Basic Law that gave HK self determination. In the US it’s the Constitution and the principle of Federalism. Only one of us here is arguing for undermining th rule of law to stop protests.

You know I would except that my mother’s family was kicked out for opposing the Communist take over.

For that matter I myself have a personal history that might not be allow me back in the PRC anymore. have been there many times but a lot has changed in the last year.

if course anything I or my family doesn’t compare to someone online who put an anti-Chinese line in their sig.
