Anyway if this turned out true, then all I can say is apparently OJ was "too old" so they went with option 2.

If this is real, I wish I could have sat in on the meeting where this happened. I'll be it went something like this.

Kobe: My image has really taken a beating over the past few years. Can you think of anything that would help?

Agent: Well, you could start passing the ball more, taking young players under your wing, maybe caring more about how your team does than your personal relationships with other stars.

Kobe: No, seriously.

Agent: Or I think I can get you a spot on the Power Rangers.
