    Another desperation move from crooked Republicans. Now they are trying to suppress votes because their party is becoming extinct. This is both despicable and pathetic. The Republican party is scum top to bottom.

    At first I was thinking that this wouldn't pass Constitutional muster as it was a poll tax but reading through it I am wondering if removing a tax exemption for voter registration is the same as a poll tax?

    Not saying this isn't a stupid desperate idea but am wondering if there are any Constitutional issues with this.
