    Honestly, Astros fans piss me off a lot. Particularly through social media. But the standing ovation for Aoki was among the cooler things I've ever seen them do. Very cool.

    Hard not to like the guy. Came to a new team not of his choosing, gave some good AB's as the professional hitter he was sold as, and seemed like a good dude.

    It's not his fault he's not the all-star ceiling talent we want at every position. I can't say he ever really hurt the team; he just got pushed out at a time of relatively poor team-wide offensive production. Kinda reminds me of what Berkman said about Burke: if Berkman had done his job Burke wouldn't have been sent down. If Carlos and Georgie don't miss significant time then having Nori in the 9-hole is no big deal.
