I'm perennially underweight. But my bad cholesterol has been on the climb these few years.

 

sorry that wasn't the best example. i guess i could have just stated something even easier like the u.s. under prohibition (i'll use that since it is health/moral related). tigermission originally said democracy doesn't mean free which implies you aren't allowed to do whatever you want to yourself just because you are the citizen of a democratic state. if the people of the democracy decide to limit a behavior then they can.
