Looks like there will be no trade. I think this is a good news. In ancient Chinese philosophy, standing still sometimes can be a good move. Confused? think about Scola standing there taking a charge and causing an offensive faul on his opponent. Did not he make a good move by staying there? Now TMac is out for this season. It is sad, but isn't it what we want? We will play without Tracy but with chemistry and defense. Keep Ron, Scola, Shane and Landry, we will get out of 1st round. Next year there will be a better deal for TMAC's big expiring contract. If Yao leads Rockets deep in playoff, Rockets will be a hot team for guys like Wade. Welcome to Huston, no state income tax, baby.
In Modern Rockets philosophy standing still gets you no where. At the deadline, the strong get stronger, and the weak get weaker.

You know, we've basically traded Artest for T-Mac from last year's team at this point. Throw in Yao, a much improved Scola....I'm feeling pretty good about the team's current lineup. The lineup won't be shaken up this way; this is the team that's been playing together, so I hope they use the next 25 games or so to really start to show some consistency.
