and that's where he went early in the morning/last night??? so all we can hope is that the drugs and the hydration kick in quick. he has around 7-8 hrs to get a little bit better.
I/V antibiotics are for infections like severe pneumonia which require hospitalization. He probably got an oral antibiotic for a 5-7 day course. That doesn't mean he is going to be out for that long.
gosh people, it's like the man can never do anything right for you people.. Once you hate a person no matter what they do, you still at everything in a negative way.. Yao was out 1 game with the same sickness....so i think you guys are NOT being fair to TMAC..at least he is trying to get it treated and play tonight, it's still ok if he choose not to play... be fair people
Most upper respiratory stuff is the result of a viral infection, right? Antibiotics will do exactly nothing.
Great, no Tmac in front of a sold out crowd. If you have tickets to tonights game you've got to be ticked about the possiblity of Tmac not playing.
Mostly yes,but viral infections can become superimposed by bacterial infections. In that case antibiotics can help.
You know, the real question is whether or not the Rockets come out looking like they want to play. If they do I'm not going to be the only guy who's wondering if the role players look happier when T-Mac's not on the floor.
...contribute to the rise of drug resistant strains? Unless you're under 12 or over 60 the best thing to do for the flu is stay home, get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids.
Now get ready for the same people saying "he's a pansy if he's not going to play"... to start saying "he's selfish... he wants to play because its a national tv game, but if he's not 100%, he's hurting the team." No win situation... and a bunch of idiot fans.
