We have the finest sports game coverage in all of Texas, with ESPN College GameDay, ESPN Full Court College Package, NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass and UT Longhorns! Featuring 24 plasma screens and a wall size projection television making it a favorite spot for sports fans to cheer on their teams, whether on the field, the court or the links.

OPEN DAILY AT 6:00 A.M. WITH A 'BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS' BUFFET, Champions serves up a winning menu until the late night hours of All-American fare and a variety of cold drinks and beer specials, including 16 draft beers and specialty drinks, along with a daily Mystery Beer.

SANDWICHES ARE HEARTY! The Big Tex Burger piles two 1/2-pound beef patties on a brioche bun and tops it with barbecue sauce, cheddar and pepper jack cheese, along with jalapenos, lettuce and tomato. FRESH SALADS ARE GENEROUS, including the pan-seared Salmon BLT Salad, Lone Star Chopped Cobb and Wild West Buffalo Chicken. ENTRéE FAVORITES include BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Guinness-battered Fish and Chips and Cattle Drive Cowboy Steak–a hearty, grilled ribeye served with Champions onion rings, campfire corn, buttermilk and green onion smashed spuds. Victories take on an extra sweet taste with Champion's famous Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding, made with Krispy Kreme doughnuts, topped with ice cream.

CHECK OUT OUR DISPLAY CASES filled with over 150 items of museum-quality sports memorabilia. See jerseys signed by legends such as Vince Young, Earl Campbell, Troy Aikman, Nolan Ryan, Cat Osterman and Lance Armstrong, along with a football helmet bearing the autographs of the UT Rose Bowl team. Photo murals of contemporary and past Texas sports teams decorate our walls, as do pennants and banners from the Cowboys, Texans, Rangers, Rockets, Spurs, Stars, Round Rock Express, Austin Toros and Austin Wranglers.

LOOK FOR OUR OUTDOOR TICKER TAPE, which wraps around the outside of the building with a continual display of sports scores, menu specials, daily events and more. Step outside to our patios for al fresco style dining, where outdoor misters provide cooling relief on unseasonably warm days.

I live out towards Manor (Harris Branch) and have a 1 year old at home. I don't get out much just to watch a game. When I do, Pluckers on 183 or Fast Eddie's in Round Rock are great places.

well, a lot of houstonians still hang out at the crown (myself included, at times). however, they don't have the NBALP. in central austin (downtown), Ringers is nice sports bar. north central austin has Common Interest (a karaoke/sports bar) and Plucker's (which sucks, in my opinion). in south austin, Woody's on ben white is a great sports bar with a punk rock flair (woody used to own Room 710 -- we even saw The Dicks at Woody's  ).
