THANK YOU. This is the most informative post on this whole board. Francis is STILL the Franchise, meaning he is still every bit of the player he was when he was with us. The difference is his strengths don't help this team. Yea, he can create his own shot, and he can penetrate, but he will only do so at the expense of T-Mac and Yao and the rhythm of the offense. Francis is not a fraction of his former self. He is very much the player he "once was", as proved by that insane dunk he had in preseason. It's because he's STILL his former self that is the problem.

it's pretty obvious that luther head sucks.

it's also pretty obvious that Chuck hayes should start instead of Scola.

Scola needs the ball to be successful, and is an overrated passer. He nonchalantly bounces passes, which get stolen a lot.

Scola is like a Mike James type of player.

Also, Adelman needs more discipline on this team. Instead of being decisive and proactive, our players, especially the second unit, are playing tentatively and too carefree.

I can see right through you, rofflesaurus. You're the kid on the playground who's always teasing some little girl because he likes her so much and is not brave enough to own up to it. The fact is, you can't come to grips with the intensity of your man-crush for Stevie.

T-mac has loads of talent, but no killer instinct (HEART!!). T-Mac will not do whatever is neccessary to win. He seems to simply back down against stiff competition? Does'nt do whatever it takes to punish the opposition. Houston vs Utah....remember who was holding T-mac? Derrick Fisher. T-mac should have literally killed Fish! Did he? Hell No! Most of the time D-Fish was all up in T-mac's game. No HEART!!!

Kobe-He is a killer(Lot's of HEART!!). He will do whatever it takes to make you pay. Multiple NBA Championships

Micheal Jordan-Killer. Made teams pay using any weapon from his arsenal, all the time. Multiple NBA Championships

SHAQ- Killer. Attacks the basket. All the time. (Heart!!!) Multiple NBA Championships

A.I - Li'l Man dominates the court offensively and defensively. Just will not quit (HEART!!!). NBA Eastern Conference Finals

In today's Feigan blog, he mentioned that SF will not be in the 9-man rotation list.

Francis doesn't know how to run a team. We all know that he needs the ball constantly to be effective.

I was happy about the signing, but mainly because he signed for cheap. He will be glued to the bench until he plays some defense.

Did we get JVG back? Because so far, the team defense has been horrible. Bill Walton horrrrible.

Snyder played during the forth quarter, when the main players were done. for the first three quarters RA played his main 9 guys.

Ordinarily, this would be the sensible way to look at it, but when you look at the fact that he's 30 years old, the fact that this will be his 9th year in the league, and the fact that he is a multimillionaire set for life, I don't see him learning and developing his game all that much, if any.

Steve will be fine, Adelman knows what he can do(He remembers him raping Bibby) and Steve played the entire previous game.

Thanks for the continued laughs Rofflesaurus...

francis played the entire previous game because our regular starters werent playing. brooks got just as many minutes as Francis, does that mean he's gonna be in the rotation? No.

last night was our REAL rotation, and francis wasn't in it. he'll be lucky to see the floor on some nights. what's so hard to understand?

    Yes.

Great ability + Making your team mates better + heart = Bird, Magic, MJ etc.

Great ability + heart + TOs, bad shots, over dribbling = Francis

is his effort/heart really worth when he cannot adjust his game to fit the offense????

maybe a tad less heart but certainly alot less dribbling, and more intelligence, defense and passing when he is not playing

He has played in this system all of three weeks, give him a chance. I guess since Yao is having trouble "adjusting his game" (his admission, not my observation) then we should give up on him too???

You can highlight the negatives, but there are positives too. Quick first step and incredible driving/finishing ability, excellent rebounder, good FG%, decent assist guy (per 48 of 7.8 or so, which is only .2 or so away from Rafer's per 48, and plenty of desire/heart. In short, his positives far outweigh his negatives.

I am not the coach, and he may not play SF, but only time will tell.
