Great, Thanks to the nba "regulations" the whole city gets to miss there own season opener, in there own town.
quick..someone name a bar!!! that can somehow get around this "blackout" i'm soo tempted to go and buy a last minute ticket.
Tim DID say this game would be on TNT. Either get him on the phone, or get TWC on the phone (Warner Cable). I actually know that people who have satellite ARE getting the game, so its a cable issue.
I'm on my freaking PJ's turned the damned TV on 35 (TNT cable channel) saw Charles Barkley's curved pumpkin and then next thing you know, they showed it black out due to NBA regulations!!What the hell is that supposed to be! it's not on Channel 51 either!! $hit i'm hitting the nearest sports bar!!
THIS IS CRAP........... I have waited all day long for this........ AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
And for even more joy... three other games this year are listed as not being televised locally but on TNT subject to blackout. So much for ALL games on local tv.
If I don't get to watch this game, every person in the Rockets organization should expect to wake up with me standing over their bed, ready to smash a ball and chain into their face, for a gruesome Braveheart style death. I will go on a murderous rampage. Try me!!!
hey Les and Tim, what farking purpose does blacking out this game serve?????? All this does it pi$$ off a lot of fans but then again, the Rockets organization seems to be getting pretty good at doing that
Thanks Tim. Tomarrow Im cancelling my cable since EVERY game on TNT this year will be not on 51. I also wont bother to fund Les pockets anymore by going to games. Screw that. This is how you lose fans. I would have WENT to the game tonight had I known it was blacked out. Now out of spite theres no point in going since this game was the most important being the first game in TC and all.
