Lebron's weight disables him to fly as slightly as white does.

He wouldn't join rockets even if he eats his words and plunge into the draft pool.

Look people here would know that I'm a big T-mac fan.

I would trade T-mac to the team with the top pick and a decent role player for Rubio. Rubio would not have a problem playing the pick and roll with Yao. Rubio would not have a problem getting the ball to Yao. Rubio wouldn't be abused by Deron Williams either.

I can state these with a fact. The dude is off the charts. i've been watching him alot lately and the fact of the matter is his like Chris Paul but bigger and a little slower. He plays the passing lanes well, his court vision is ridiculous, he runs pick and rolls like he was born to do it.

Sure his outside shot sucks donkey balls but so does Lowrys. If we could trade for a swingman (read Kevin Martin, Jamal Crawford) and the no 1, 2 or 3 pick to get Rubio i'm all for it. Even if we didn't get a swingman of that calibre (Wilson Chandler, Anthony Parker, Francesco Garcia) I would be happy just to get Rubio. I don't think it would take him long to learn the game 2 years max. He also gives us a good backup star to Yao if he should ever decline.

Yes I am officially on the Rubio Bandwagon

Rubio would be pocketed by those lottery teams even before we can send a sight to him. :p

How can anyone doubt Lebron he wouldn't have put himself in the dunk contest if he thought he didn't have a chance to win. Leunnen is probably the best prospect over Dorsey, Lior, Newley. Just because he has one great skill is that he can shoot and he is 6'9 and not a horrible rebounder.

I was disappointed in White's body language when he checked into a game a couple of days ago. I dislike that cool stuff, dude get amped and act like you want some minutes. Go hard for 2 or 3 minutes and show the coaches you actually want to play.

In Morey we trust. I think he should be able to pry over a couple of picks from other teams.

    You will see.

If anybody in the draft is valuable, Johnny Flynn from Syracuse is exactly what we need.

He has excellent court vision, great passer, ability to attack the basketball, excellent shooting range.

Who gives a sh** about who dunks better on an empty court and you don't have to dribble. We aren't wasting a roster spot to win a worthless dunk contest.

Lebron can dunk in traffic while getting mauled by 2 people. I'd rather see White pull off that kind of dunk.

I could be wrong, but I think the Rockets only have the option to swap picks with the Clips in the 2011 draft.

We got a first rounder -- his name is James White.

Reason #245,534 to love Daryl Morey: he has acquired enough cheap, young talent to compensate for the fact that we currently have no draft picks in the '09 Draft. He knew dealing Greene and a future #1 meant he would have to acquire rookie-level talent elsewhere and that's precisely what he did given that Lowry and Wafer are basically the age of rookies or first-year players. Plus, whatever happens with White and Dorsey to boot.

I think we all have a sneaking suspicion Morey won't be quiet on draft day. Teams like Minnesota, Sacramento, Memphis and OKC all have multiple and late first-rounders which they might be reluctant to give a guaranteed contract to. I know Les is losing money in his private endeavors but the Rockets are at least still profitable. That might be enough to persuade him to agree to a draft day move or two, and if it's not I totally understand.

Yes the overall draft is terrible (its mainly Blake Griffin and a bunch of potential players), but that 20 to early 30 range has to be one of the better ones this decade.
