Does anybody remember that Cheech and Chong movie called the Corsican Brothers where one brother felt the other ones pain and vice versa? I know its off subject but that movie was hilarious.
I remember watching a special on TV about a family that had the amazing odds of having 3 kids all with the same disease....it's pretty crazy if you ask me....they were saying how they broke their bones and had no clue about it.
So she digs Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" but doesn't get "Hurt" by NIN or Johnny Cash... Weird. Just think... she'll never relate. "I... hurt myself.. today." I bet this also affects any benefits of a deep tissue massage or a chiropractic adjustment. Tylenol? Advil? Morhpine? We don't need no stinkin' Tylenol, Advil or Morphine! Could she really ever say, "It hurts me to say this" or "This is gonna hurt a bit"?? How would she know? Will she ever be able to genuinely say, "I know how you feel?"
