Harden not getting the MVP is affecting his game considerably. He probably thinks, I am this good and had that great of a season and still didn't get the MVP. I'm gonna mail it in for the rest of the playoffs? That or he had a really nasty comfort food that made him bloated because he was nursing his gut a few times through out the game.
