You are right. During regular season especiallu under JVG Luther used to be good player, he used to be clutch and used to be best shooter on this team.

But when pressure rises he disappears. The same situation was last year in playoffs but in last year's playoffs he was key bench player (with strugling Juwan).

Right now he judt doesn't deserve any minutes

Two playoff appearances against the SAME TEAM is hardly enough to determine a players worth in the playoffs, esp for a third year player. He's playing hard and nobody on this team buts harder than he does. I still think we're not running much of Adalmen's offense, but his movement makes it easier for T-mac to get the ball. Yeah, in this game he made a few turnovers, but he also created extra possessions for us with his hustle. I don't know what else to say, we had a great game and he didn't shoot it well. That doesn't change the fact that we beat Utah by 25.

Even with out knowing you. I agree 100%

I was at the game. I turned to my friend and said............"dude, I suck at basketball, I'm 5ft 8........even I could have made that lay up."

Luther has no place on this team. Period.

hehe, i see how tmac came out in game5 after tons of haters thread on this board. it would be funny to see luther head going off on 3s in game 6. Not that i don't hate his performance so far, but I think it would be. Hey, aldeman must be playing him for a reason, we just don't know yet.

I can't stand it anymore..i just can't watch the game with him in there, he has become a turnover machine.

He has no confidence in the post season and it's so easy to see. One thing leads to another and it has a snowball effect on him and he just collapses...i counted freaking 4 missed layups one of them a blind man with no arms could have finished.

    Just say no to Luther

Its particularly sweet to see a player who has been slumping pull it together for the team. And like I said before, if Luther keeps missing layups and whatnot and knows he is going to be pulled, I highly suggest he make a swipe at the ball and accidentally dent Okurs face.

JVG's manna was being a respectable three point threat (to cause proper spacing). Adelman's manna is cuts (to make the defense react). Luther, makes good cuts. That said, a few layups and a few threes would be a welcome addition.

True, things I would trade luther for

I'll trade Luther for a pack of Roman candles, and some hotel soap
I''ll trade Luther for a TURBO GRAFX-16 with no games, and no controllers
I'll trade Luther for a Vanilla Ice Cd, and a backstage pass to a William Hung concert
I'll trade luther for an extra user name on clutchfans.net
I'll trade luther for a jolly rancher wrapper, and a 2008 mixtape of Charles Barkley doing "AND1" moves

Honestly- I don't really like his passing at ALL, and I definitely don't like his dribbling, decision-making with the rock is absolutely terrible, but there are times when he runs around on the offensive end, cuts quickly and receives a BEAUTIFUL pass. I'm like AHHH! This is perfect! Right until he blows the layup.

I think he makes everyone else run the offense better (he makes his teammates better, LOL).

Anyways, I'd give him some more burn since he DID have a block and a steal this game.
