I think there's both a sanitary/culinary issue with eggs and meat on the same grill; plus I think they want to maximize speed/efficiency so they try to narrow down the menu at each part of the day for the workers' sake.
Ima go to McD's at night and go crazy if they don't give me some McGriddles, that's the best thing they serve
