Let's said an unknown group imitate fed law enforcement without insignia and shot someone dead in the street for camera, then what? China continues to strangle bit parts of Africa..... lent Africa money to have Chinese businesses build infrastructure at inflated costs...... infrastructure is already falling apart.... the Chinese charge Africans to have Chinese companies repair the infrastructure built by Chinese companies........ Africa defaults on the loans, so China takes control of large diamond mines, where they violate international work place standards..... China removes all media from the area........ China also takes land from Africa when they default......... China also pressures African nations to adopt their philosophy and let the Chinese police and power brokers come into and run parts of African........ China also has taken control and ownership of ports because Africa cannot pay back the loans Zambia is snuggly falling into being a Chinese colony and others will soon, too.
