I've just seen this and skimmed the thread. I'm skeptical about this. The video everyone seems a little too calm as unidentified LE just come and single out one person while not telling anyone else to step back and not interfere. Meanwhile the suspect doesn't even quickly give his name or other relevant info even to the people trying to help him. I would like to know much more about this before jumping to the conclusion that the US Federal government is disappearing people off the streets of Portland. Now if this is real this clearly a violation of several Constitutional principles. Federal officers can operate freely in DC because it is under Federal control. Portland is under Oregon state control and unless this "arrest" was happening on Federal property like literally within the property line of a Federal officers can't make an arrest under Posse Comitatus. Unless the governor has asked them to. Further LE can't just take someone into custody without letting them know the reason for it.

Also no I don't want graffiti on my home, but I also don't think that an unnamed, masked police force in unmarked cars and without identification should come to my home and take someone away...... so they can pave paradise and put up a parking lot.
I don't know Oregon law but I'm willing to bet that it is illegal to impersonate LE and also that citizens' arrest is probably like what we saw in GA that a citizen has to actually witness the crime.
Well good thing those making the arrests without informing who they are aren't wearing easily spoofable military kit equipment you can easily but at a surplus store. This ain't the hill to die on.
