if we can get harden to play like he played tonight but with cp3 suited up.. that will be perfect. The other 2 games harden didnt shoot so well
Best chemistry with CP on the bench and Gordon starting? Harden's assist rate willl go down with CP and CP will try to limit those nasty TOs. They can both handle the rock.
Are we talking like basketball or like BrokeBack Rockets? If we are talking basketball, we are watching two amazing stars distribute, penetrate and shoot at will. They are a scary duo and once the others get used to Paul's crafty passing, we are going to be a scary team. Now for the latter, I just don't think Chris is James Harden's type. James likes larger Rear ends. So I don't think they'll be saying "I can't quit you" anytime soon.
Paul clearly looked very out of place scoring wise in our offense tonight, he didn't even look that effective passing or running the bench groups offense from the eye test... Which is why I was pretty shocked when I checked the box score and saw Paul had 11 assist and only 1 turnover. That's a huge impact on the team and is not to be overlooked. Tucker/Moute/Gordon all had fantastic nights, all likely to due with Harden and Paul making a combined 21 assist with only 4 turnovers.
So youre saying there's no team chemistry when the two look at each other with impressive game stats?
the Big Three. although as others have noted, we will struggle to get into the playoffs as long as Clint Capela is our center.
