Wow ... to get Andruw Jones in that situation is awesome. Nice fly out (I must admit I thought it would be deeper than that when it went off the bat).

I wouldn't mess with Jones here... but shows how much I know.

Phew... and that's one less inning that we have to worry about Jones comin up to bat (I was already lookin at him in the 7th as a dangerous guy).

What do you expect? This is ESPN's "D" team.

At least we're not listening to Jon Miller and Joe Morgan... they still find ways to talk about Barry Bonds for 2/3rds of the game, and he's not even in the playoffs.

Keep Viz. He's good enough defensively. Made some great throws in game 1. Everett has NO offensive game. Keep Everett on the bench for depth in the late innings.

Yeah, no kidding. I wish we could have gotten Joe Morgan and Jon Miller. Morgan is a pleasure to listen to.

Hmmm, well we seem to disagree there haha.

Doesn't Houston always get the short end of the stick in all aspects of getting respect from anyone?

Hampton's done. He pitched pretty well but the Astros did a great job of capitalizing on the few mistakes that he made.

yea... but not when we've got guys like Clemens, who's proved it throughout his career. Now, Beltran's adding a little bit of cheerleading for us as well. Frankly, its kinda weird gettin all sorts of praise from the national media... I'm used to the slighting.

Hampton's out... doesn't mean much in this game, but it could eliminate any chance of him comin back early to pitch.

I'll take my chances with Wright and Thomson... and Ortiz has been quite awful for the past 2 months.
