no, Beltran strikes out (which he did), yay! Beltran hits a home-run, Cards lose, yay! I didn't have to care what happened. Either way it worked out okay for me!

 

Ok, I was going for the Mets, because I HATE the Cards...

HOwever, it was nice to see Beltran Choke...WOOHOO...F' Carlos...

Gotta say, I was much happier with Beltran striking out.

 

Beltran hits a HR... becomes the next Mickey Mantle of NY... boo.

too bad, I was hoping for Beltran hitting a hard foul ball and hits Wagner, then got hit by a pitch and has to sit out of the World Series, then Delgado with a single to end it.

 

See? Now you're talkin. Delgado was the real MVP for them anyways.

 

Yeah, I know it's the Cardinals but it was beautiful watching Beltran strikout to end it.

NY is a bunch of overpaid punk ass arrogant bastards. I got no respect for NY. Plus the Cards are gonna get blown away anyway. The Crapholes kinda remind me of last yrs. Steelers.

I can live with the Cards making it to the Series. Just as long as Detroit sweeps 'em.

Suppan will be the unanimous vote... the combo of him and Weaver pitching their guts out against the vaunted Mets lineup is what won this series for the Cardinals.
