I think they bring in another reliever...or keep wheeler in and if he gets in trouble thats when you bring in Lidge so he doesn't have to pitch more than he has to.

kent and ensberg have done everything they can this game to give it to the cards. only a HBP stopped kent from striking out again.

on a side note, would kent have been within a mile of the ball ensberg hit? that ball was almost up the middle and yet the card is standing right there waiting for it. kent may not have even made it in the picture. we have to start playing more up the middle.

dammit, should've left wheeler in there to minimize lidge's outs. this better not backfire.

the worst thing Brad can do here is fudge around with the bottom of the Cards lineup and rack up his pitch count ...he needs an efficient inning so he has enough left for the top of the Cards lineup
