If FOX pans to a shot of some St. Louis numbnuts fan with "Houston, we have a problem" sign, I'm roundhouse sidekicking my TV out the damn window.

We'd be lucky to get another hit. Unfortunately Beltran can't bat 9 times.

Great inning by Roy. Come on Beltran, Bagwell and Berkman.

well that was an asswhooping by oswalt. would've been a shame to see that against pujols.

why did we have oswalt for relief tonight? for matheny and his ilk?

The Astros last hit was by Ensberg in the 4th inning with no outs ... Absolutely anemic! Suppan's stuff was not that great today, but the Stros sure made him look good.

Two things that are coming back to haunt us right now...

the 2 runs Edmond's saved and craptacular at bat Ausmus had to NOT drive in the run on third.

...course...that's just the beginning of the problems the offense has had this game... but...please...please...please prove me wrong.

The first part of the plan was executed nicely. Now for step two.

And the great part about this is that we are going to do it against tavarez.

    Lets go Astros!!!!!!

    I believe!!!!!!

    Roy looked great that inning.

Rally cap on. (My wife thinks I look ridiculous.)

Big bats coming up ... we're going to do this!

    Curse of Don Denkinger.

We weren't gonna pull Roger in the 6th inning, with less than 80 pitches, and 2 outs... and facing a guy he's owned his entire career.

In that case, you could then ask... "what did we save Roger for?" He could have pitched that much on 3 days rest.

This was Roger's game to lose... and unless the bats perk up, he did.

Any off speed pitch by Suppan was a ball and yet we kept swinging at that crapo.
