    Un-F'n believable!

So many missed opportunities coming back to haunt us. I'm not gonna dog Roger, but that was a bad series of pitches. Time for the offense to come through ... I think we all knew that 2 runs was not going to be enough against this Cardinal team ... Lets go get those extra runs.

I have to say, I’ve been disappointed with the offense the entire series. The Astros have yet to break out with an 8-10 run game all series. And the Cardinals pitchers are not all that great.

This is unfortunate, but the O needs to score more than 2 runs.

The offense will ultimately determine the astros fate.

exactly ...you don't pull Roger Clemens in a tie game when hes under 100 pitches ....NEVER

these same guys that critisize Garner are the sames ones who said leave Backe and Munro in to work out of their own jambs in Game 1 and Game 2

    hindsight is beautiful

I think VS was being sarcastic there guys...

    EDIT: I guess not.

It wa 50/50 though, even a baseball non-genius like me had an intuitive feeling that something bad was going to happen that evening looking at Roger and their lineup.

Stop chasing stupid balls that are way out of the strike zone. Come on and be smarter than that.

    Lets go Astros!!!!!!

    I believe!!!!!!

Not blaming Roger... he gave it his all. But he was laboring for at least the past two innings and it was only a matter of time. The real prob was all the blown chances. The Cards are too explosive to let them hang around a run or two behind.

    Hopefully the batters nut up...
