Maybe, but the fact that only 3 of them had started up until this game...says a lot too.

Why not leave Munro in there? I just don't get it...if Kent could have moved his slow poke butt over to cover 2nd they would have gotten out of the inning with no damage.

The Stros are not playing well...lots of errors on the base paths and in the field.

The Cardinals are playing better right now....very strange.

unfortunately getting to the cards bullpen isn't like getting to ours. theirs can actually pitch most of the time.

You don't think that taking Munro out was the LAST thing he wanted to do?

This is exactly the kind of reaction I'd expect for such a small sample size of games... and a number of "fans" who weren't watching this team in the regular season.

But believe me, this team is nowhere near finishing 36-10 without its bullpen and its late-inning offense.

They only had Roy, Roger, and a half-good Backe the last month of the season. Qualls, Harville, Wheeler, and Gallo earned their RIGHT to come into these games.

You guys need to stop living by the moment... even though it seems pretty bad right now.

It looked real easy for him to pull him...didn't even hesititate actually....should have just let him finish off the inning....once again a little mistake ( the double play ) cost us....
