    Ugh... bad baseball all around.

The Astros are going to regret this if they can't put up more runs fast... they're beating themselves right now in this series.

Oh and to the commentators - Maybe it's called Diamond K since his name is Kent starting with a K....loser.

WOW! kent just stares at a big fat curveball and then either bagwell or beltran completely F up stealing a base. i would think beltran messed it up b/c you would expect them to be going.

no team gets out of early inning opportunities better than the 'stros.

    Let see....

Kent looks at a pitch right down the middle.
Bagwells steals 2nd without looking to see if Beltran steals 3rd.

I see nothing wrong with that.

Someone missed a call or something....just a lousy play and that is the story of these first 2 games of the series...we are making stupid mistakes.

Morris is pitching like Clemens and Oswalt in games 4 & 5...High pitch count but keeping his team in the game. I guess that's what aces do.

They are looking like the old school Astros in the playoffs with no clutch hitting. We can't squander these opportunities.

BTW, that new Ben Affleck movie looks horible.

Kent is our BEST hitter in those RBI situations... when you blow an opportunity like that, you can't do anything but shake your head.

Its like Shaq missing a dunk...

so to recap beltran and bagwell on, no outs, and berkman and kent coming up.

    berkman, weak fly ball.

kent, watches a K and bagwell gets caught in a run-down because we're idiots.

that's gotta be one of the earlier chapters in how to lose a playoff game.

along with giving up hits up the middle ad nauseum. do our pitchers ever knock anything down? SS or 2b ever get there to catch it? anything? ever?

And... it figures... Munro starts missing location big time now.

Man... its like they've lost all the focus and determination... almost like they're just happy to be there.

They need to get it back... just to save embarrassment! Getting to the playoffs on a record streak is great... winning your first playoff series is even greater.... but getting clocked in the LCS, while playing horrible fundamental, cubs-like, baseball... is inexcuseable.

we played with more smarts in the parts of the season when we were BAD.
