Nix is dead weight

Yes.....I was joking.

Believe it or not, he is better than TyTy right now.

 

I understand why we have nix valued high and why some models would

he can dribble and he’s really big

if he ever got good , his natural measureables for a guard are great .

but the problem is that he suck

I am low on nix , but there’s no reason not to play him .

our organization is prolly using a die to decide who gets PT on a particular night .

Ty Ty is hurt . JC is more of a scoring guard .
Tate has been hurt . Kmj can’t dribble

we don’t have a plan at guard besides green and kpj . I’ve argued for Tate . He’s been hurt.

silas is like MDA in that he will play small . He doesn’t like having 1 guard . How many times did he say “versatility” or multiplicity or some **** like that . “We wanna be multiple “

we gave PHX the game last night when we took out garuba and put in nix with 6-7 left in the 4th .

if we will put in nix then I’m afraid there’s no situation we won’t put him in .

maybe he plays bad enough and Tate gets healthy and the rotation solidified and we start trying to win some games .

that prolly won’t come till 20 games in at this point .

schedule ain’t softening . Teams are licking their lips to play the rockets right now . Good teams take a night off . Bad teams smell a win .

I said it’s ok to play him . But the truth is , we won’t be hard to play agaisnt as long as he’s seeing the floor for significant (or any ) stretch . So it will depend on if Silas and Stone really want to achieve their goal this year . We are taking it slow . Jabari has to get up to speed .

 

Question for everyone on this board….can anyone name a slower point guard in the NBA than Nix??? I’ll be super impressed if you can.

nix looks about average speed to me . He just doesn’t move full speed very often
