Naked 'Nevermind' baby sues Nirvana for 'child p*rnography' https://www.cnn.com/2021/08/25/entertainment/spencer-elden-nirvana-nevermind-lawsuit-scli-intl/index.html Why isn’t he suing his parents?
something doesnt smell right here and it aint teen spirit. he claims the image was used w/out his parents permission and that they never got any money for it. if thats true i think he might have a case here, but i have a hard time believing that is the case. plus, this kid has been out there for a long time telling everyone it was him. why is he only suing now? and if he wants real money he should go after the record label. im going to assume that their legal department did their due diligence 30 years ago, but if they didnt clear that image then thats on them...not the band.
Saw this in my news feed. Pathetic money and attention grab. This guy seems to have lived his whole life centered around being on the album cover. He even has Nevermind tattooed across his chest. But it's in California, #MeToo ground zero, so he'll probably get double the money and Nirvana, especially Kurt Cobain, will be blacklisted and never be able to play again.
has “Nevermind” tatted on his chest and back in 2016… GQ: When did you realise being the Nirvana baby was such a big deal? Spencer Elden: I’ve been going through it my whole life. But recently I’ve been thinking, ‘What if I wasn’t OK with my freaking penis being shown to everybody?’ I didn’t really have a choice. GQ: In the past you’ve said it was cool. When did that change? Spencer Elden: Just a few months ago, when I was reaching out to Nirvana to see if they wanted to be part of my art show. I was getting referred to their managers and their lawyers. Why am I still on their cover if I’m not that big of a deal? some of these cases brought to court…boy I tell ya if I was the judge, I’d be in there sipping my smoothie and rolling my eyes while listening to this case
Basic b****'s fifteen minutes was literally his first fifteen minutes. Great tragedy. It's all over. Why live any longer?
This is like when those greedy white dudes sued Michael Jackson and lost after making a documentary on hbo. While one of those dudes was mad he didn’t get the cirque job @Reeko
This is kind of sad. Being the Nirvana baby is something you bust out during "two truths and a lie", not something you base your whole identity around.
I don't see the Siamese Dream twins suing SP. Plus Nirvana never made a jam like this. SP> Child p*rn Nirvana
gish>nevermind siamese dream>in utero nirvana live>smashing pumpkins live stone temple pilots>pearl jam kids on cover of siamese dream>kid on the cover of nevermind.
