maybe the unveiling of carver was a let down but i actually enjoyed the whole episode and the whole series.... i suspect if they had kept up the Christian b*stard thing from series 1 every episode we would have got sick of it ages ago still one of the better shows on TV and i certainly enjoyed the last ep isn't it interesting the way a lot of there episodes have multiple story lines and they usually come together or have very similar themes by the end... ie Kit and Quenten and Matt and his manlady with there first killing
That's one quick bunch I tell ya. I mean they had to have did the sorority together, and then Kit would have had to cut Quentin and then tie him up and then go back to the scene of the crime when Christian and Sean got there and then back to Quentin. That woman is working overtime. Also...when Christian was being held by Kit as a suspect, what was the motivation then for Quentin to carve his own sister? At the time it made sense but now that we know the story behind them, it seems a bit wierd now for him to do that to her.
Well, I finally got around to seeing it. My first thoughts while watching were that I enjoyed it, and to that end it was successful, but after more thought much of the twists didn't really make much sense. I do like the fact that Quentin and Kit are both still around and kicking so they can come back. I know now it was all staged for Christian, but the "interrogation" of Quentin by Kit was outstanding. I grew enormous respect for Quentin after that...he had some good lines. The thing I wonder is...did Julia know that Quentin was a walking eunich? She must have had opportunity at some point to brush that area a little, and realized something important was missing. I guess she just didn't feel it was important enough to say anything about. I wasn't quite as disappointed as most in here. I really enjoyed the Matt storyline, too...although I was deathly afraid they were setting him up for some weird tranny romance thing that I wasn't really interested in seeing. The only thing that would have made all that better was if both Matt and Sherry pulled it out and pissed on the racist dad before they shot him. Hmm...I guess that makes two deaths now that Matt is directly/indirectly responsible for. The first one never really got revealed to anyone of importance (ie the police), I wonder if they will try to sweep this under the rug as well. Matt didn't seem interested in telling anyone about it when he got home. Ah, well. I guess I'll have to wait for the answers to all those questions.
I think that is going to be the big reveal in the season 4 premiere. My guess is, Downs Syndrome. To break up the all-too-happy Julia/Sean reunion, they will have arguments over whether or not the child should be aborted. I don't worry as much about the Sean plotlines, I am curious as to where they will go with Christian. I'm not so interested in him returning to jerk status as some in here. He can basically be a good guy and still make his kick-ass insults and one liners. I just hope they don't try to split up Sean and Christian again.
