Boot cut means that they aren't tapered or as tapered at the bottom as normal jeans, as the name implies this was so people wearing boots could pull their jeans over the boots. Basically the legs at the bottom are wider than normal jeans. I have no idea about the low-rise though, maybe you got some hip huggers?
haha...yeah i accidentally bought some low rise jeans. i didnt read the tag...jst saw how the jeans looked and liked them and bought them. Well....its takes a while to get used to and you do have to wear them LOW cuz if you dont, your boys arent gona be having much fun.
