You're a clown if you think that. One smart person can get in on education but then he can bring the rest of his/her family, who may or not be highly educated.

 

There are a lot of them who have fraudulent accounting degrees.

 

Just like there are a lot of immigrants from various countries AND americans with fraudulent degrees.
