For me, the warning flag is the out of state person that was interested. The whole point of doing CL is to do business locally, if I wanted to have interest nationally, I'd put it on Ebay where it'd go to the highest bidder. Plus another flag was that they were asking for pictures, I posted 3 of them in my post, so it was a simple copy and paste quick email they've sent to others.
