Instinct has much more to do with interpersonal communication than people want to give credit for. Like you said, our goal is to breed. Big tatas=fertile.

As for brushing her hair aside....she's putting it out there for Conan. He could have tapped that. He's a desirable mate - secure in his wealth and station, not terribly old, tall, has all of his hair, not fat. Also smart and funny.
