I perfered swish novak because it sounds like a character from a comic book. supernova(k) was because the guy just seems to hit a lot of consectutive treys - it's like an explosion of points.

ya know - don't let stevie go supernova on yur a$$ or y'all be in trouble.

kinda like the idea of calling him BRICK, love the irony, although when he is in a slump or if he starts doing poorly that might mess with his head and we don't want that.

to me his shot looks like a laser, so perhaps THE LASER. although, THE LASER, or SUPERNOVACK, or 3V, and most of the others, they all sound kinda cheesy to me.

perhaps best is for the stadium to yell SHWACK everytime he hits a three. you know, SHWACK because it rhymes with NOVAK and all. i can imagine the entire toyota center yelling SHWACK very loudly at the same time, 5 to 7 times a game. instead of a nickname it would be his theme sound.

Shwack is by far the best nickname offered so far. The others are too long and cheezy. Generally one syllable nicknames are the ones that stick.

no-smack b/c he wont have it.

defenses will utilize hak-a-vac when that's the only way to subdue him.
2 free throws is better than a nasty trey

of all the others...show-vac is cool, and so is auto-vac.

I like the stevie franchise label as well...novak has a higher chance of living up to that name than the last person with that label.
