I just don't see how he is going to get many minutes. Never the less, snipers off the bench are such a big deal. They can come in for a few minutes at the time and give you six points on two shots. The Rockets really need that type of firepower still. The elite teams are coming at you with seemingly infinite numbers of good 3 point shooters.

    So, now the have

8 guys from last year's team: Curry, Thomson, Durant, Green, Iguodala, Livingston, West, McCaw.
    2 new players: Casspi, Young

Each of whom is a real NBA rotation player. Likely to bring back Zaza, too, who can at least eat some minutes legitimately.

He's going to get all the Ian Clark minutes...they basically swapped Clark and Matt Barnes for Young and Casspi.

Ian Clark got 15 minutes. I'm just surprised that's all Nick Young wanted but good for him. Really wish we could find some snipers to get minutes.

    Here comes ring number 2.

Told you guys. Guaranteed championships for the next 5 years as long as 3 out of the big 4 are healthy.

Well, he's 32 (going on 15 lol), so maybe he saw the effect the Warriors had on turning around Javale McGee's career and wanted the same.

    You mean ring #3.

You are right though. I won't use the word "guaranteed" but prohibitive favorites for sure. Something has to go wrong or it's a monumental upset basically.

Warriors should just open up a doofus rehabilitation center on their bench. Javale now Swaggy. 100% success rate.

I think he gets a range, 12-25 a night, giving big guns lots of reg season rest. And he can step in if a big gun misses a couple of weeks w' a sprained ankle or bruised rib or whatever.

Warriors looking better than ever. Just absurd.

Swaggy had probably his most efficient year last season in Luke Walton's offense, so it's like he's already played in a training-wheels version of the Warriors' offense. I imagine that's why the Warriors were interested in him.

Good microwave scoring option. He's not going to do much but shoot, but shooting off the bench is pretty important. As someone else said, these types of guys can come in and give you 6 or 9 points quickly and then depart.
