Wow I respectfully disagree with all of you. Time will show, Nick Johnson should only be playing the PG position, and putting him at SG would be his demise.
Did you also think Royce White was the next LeBron? Terrence Jones the next Dwight Howard? And Isaiah Canaan the next Isiah Thomas?

No. I do think the first two have both great potential. Unfortunately White is a piece of sht and mentaly unstable. Terrence has improved and still has tremendous upside. Canaan on the other hand IMO will always be a bench player.
Nick Johnson is a cheater. He artificially increased his vertical leap by tanking his standing reach at the combine.
Of all the guys in summer league, I think Nick has the brightest future. He is mature beyond his years and you don't really see him force the issue, which is usually a sign for success. That being said, he's no Chris Paul and will never be Chris Paul. They don't even play the same way or the same role on a team. If he can be a Courtney Lee type player I think we got ourselves a good bargain.
He probably won't be Courtney Lee. It would be great if he can become a distributing version of Bobby Sura. For the younger generation who has not seen him play.
