    Season is shaping up very nicely for the Stars.

    Mikko Rantanen Traded to Stars
    As part of the deal, Rantanen will sign an 8-year, $12M AAV extension in Dallas
    This is a 100-point winger that defensemen see in their nightmares. He’s a 6’4” boulder that is tough to unbalance and his hands are all-world. Few forwards in the league drive offense like he can and he is, at worst in the discussion of the top-five wingers in the NHL.

    Stars sign Wyatt Johnston to five-year contract extension
    The Dallas Stars have secured center Wyatt Johnston with a five-year contract extension valued at $8.4 million per season. Currently in his third season, the 21-year-old has made a significant impact, achieving 59 points through 62 games, and trailing only Jason Robertson for the team lead.

    Stars are going all in and being in the same building as the Mavs their GM seems clueless and the Stars GM is one of the best in his sport.
