Cutler is pretty erratic, I've seen him shred a defense easily... but tonight it just seems like his receivers are purposely running the wrong routes, or he's just chucking the ball into the air.
That number 54 for the Packers just had a really athletic sack. He hurdled over the running back and sacked Cutler, who is having a miserable half with 3 intros... Terrible trade so far--looking good for the Broncos lol
.....and as soon as I say something about how bad Cutler was playing: touchdown. Absolutely putrid secondary play on that score but it's still a score, no less.
I know Hester entered the league as a CB, but he's clearly not one now so how can he keep his CB number? Shouldn't he have to change to a WR number since he is a WR?
Green Bay is getting jobbed. That third down illegal contact call was completely bogus. It will likely end up being the difference in the game.
They really only specify that you have to chose a number to begin with that is within the allowed numbers at your position. I believe Eric Metcalf was a RB for a long time, but was allowed to keep his RB number even when he played WR later in his career. Reggie Bush tried to get the #5 to no avail i think when he came into the league.
