It doesn't surprise me in the least that you don't understand that a good QB can "lose" games due to things out of his control and a bad QB can "win" games despite being awful. Carr is without a doubt the best QB from that class and it's not even a little bit close.
Would be quite the shock... right now, they know exactly where the weak spots in Phillip's defense is. This is the first game all year that Phillips would have had to make adjustments... not sure if that's happened yet or not.
